Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo affidati all'organizzazione di Visitpeter. La nostra guida turistica a San Pietroburgo è stata perfetta: affidabile, professionale, simpatica e puntuale. Siamo stati a San Pietroburgo con la Costa Crociere e abbiamo usufruito del servizio offerto da Maria. Eravamo in 7 persone, con un pulmino tutto per noi guidati in maniera splendida da Maria, abbiamo fatto 3 magnifiche escursioni, San Pietroburgo la citta, l'Hermitage..... , San Pietroburgo di notte, davvero emozionante, e Peterhof palazzo e giardini. Siamo stati veramente contenti per l'ampia preparazione, per la disponibilità e la cortesia della nostra guida che consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca una guida di lingua italiana per visitare in autonomia la città

Professionalità, affidabilità, cortesia, flessibilità e pazienza sono state le caratteristiche della nostra guida Maria (dall'italiano più che fluente) nei nostri due giorni a San Pietroburgo e nei contatti via mail pre-visita. Abbiamo girato la città su un pulmino privato solo per noi (2 adulti, un bimbo di 6 anni ed uno di 1 anni e mezzo) con Maria che non mancava di rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda e richiesta. Splendido anche il tour dei canali con battello privato solo per noi!!! Il programma lo abbiamo concordato prima via mail e poi è stato adattato alle esigenze che abbiamo rappresentato sul momento. Sbarcando da una crociera, abbiamo passato i controlli di frontiera tranquillamente con il tour ticket che ci aveva mandato Maria via mail, senza fare il visto e senza fare escursioni organizzate dalla Costa. Il sito internet è ben fatto. Voto finale: 10 e lode! Mille grazie per la splendida visita, non ci siamo sentiti turisti ma amici che visitavano la città con un'amica del posto! Ancora Grazie!!!!

Tra le cose più belle, L'Hermitage e i suoi tesori, le passeggiate lungo la Neva, il fascino della Nevskij Prospekt e dei palazzi, le chiese, il Palazzo di Caterina e i giardini del Peterhov, la magia della città di notte ... Io e la mia famiglia avevamo solo due giorni per vedere San Pietroburgo e così abbiamo deciso di affidarci ad una guida turistica. La fortuna ci ha fatto incontrare Maria una guida molto preparata, simpatica e con un italiano fluente. In due giorni ci ha fatto vedere le principali cose della città (Peterhof , Palazzo di Caterina , Chiesa di San Salvatore sul Sangue Versato, la Fortezza dei Santi Pietro e Paolo e la Cattedrale di Sant'Isacco, l'Hermitage ed un bel giro in battello) raccontandoci in maniera professionale ma allo stesso tempo piacevole la storia della città, dei suoi monumenti, dei suoi personaggi principali e qualche aneddoto. Ci ha inoltre portato a pranzo in due locali veramente carini dove grazie ai sui consigli abbiamo provato alcuni cibi russi fantastici. Abbiamo risparmiato tantissimo tempo sugli spostamenti e saltato tutte le code d'ingresso ai vari siti. Senza di lei non sarebbe stata la stessa città. Davvero consigliato! Grazie ancora!!!

Il giorno successivo abbiamo visitato il Palazzo di Caterina a Puskin. Ci siamo affidati a Maria, che si è rivelata una guida turistica molto competente e professionale oltre che simpatica. Parla perfettamente italiano e ci ha fatto apprezzare al meglio questa bellissima città. Grazie a Visitpeter abbiamo risparmiato tantissimo tempo sugli spostamenti e saltato tutte le code d'ingresso ai vari siti (all'Hermitage si possono perdere facilmente ore in coda). Il costo poi per i servizi è contenuto. In due parole: davvero consigliato! Grazie ancora!!!

Siamo stati 3 giorni a s. pietroburgo e pensavamo di fare i turisti fai da te. Sbagliatissimo! Allora abbiamo cercato la guida turistica. Maria e' stata la nostra guida per un giorno solo purtroppo perche' e' veramente brava, professionale, simpatica sempre sorridente. Anche se il nostro gruppo era un po' indisciplinato lei non ha mai perso la pazienza. E con noi vecchietti c'era propria da perdere la pazienza. Grazie Maria un saluto da noi tutti Sofia e il gruppo di italiani.

What is the highest rating I can give Maria? If it is 5 stars, I give her 6!!!! We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and organized tour guide- or was also completely flexible and in tune to us as tourists. She was able to show us all of the "must sees" of St petersburg but also so many things most people will either never know exist... Or that they might have the opportunity to tour. We were amazed at her incredible fluency and astounding vocabulary - and not only does she speak English impeccably but 4 other languages as well. I'm planning a trip to Italy in a month but I'm worried that Maria spoiled me for future tour guides. I really don't see how anyone could top the experience we had with Maria in St petersburg.

Six Stars for our three days with Maria. Maria is a generous guide to the treasures of St Petersburg, sharing her comprehensive knowledge of her hometown in impeccable English to the delight of this Australian family of four adults. We visited Catherine's Palace, The Hermitage, Peterhof and the city sights in her company and the Ethnography and Political History museums on our own. Our experience was definitely enriched in her presence and we would have her guide us everywhere next time! Maria delivered six star service: adding in an impromptu boat trip at 2 hours notice; driving past Baltika bus station to orient our backpacker as to where to catch the coach to Tallin, Estonia; and ordering a cab to take 3 of us out to Pulkovo airport on a day she was not retained by us. Her knowledge, professionalism and warm, engaging manner is topped off by a wry sense of humour; fearless skill as a queue jumper; and talented red squirrel whisperer! Highly recommended.

I can only echo the excellent ratings given to visitpeter.com. We have had 4 extremely memorable days in St Petersburg touring with Maria - she was so efficient and knowledgeable and made all our visits to various attractions great fun. She fluently speaks Italian, English and German. You need some more time to see this wonderful city, but she managed to give us a very good rounded feeling for it with many original and off the beaten track visits. I recommend Maria highly, bottom line I can't imagine a better tour service than the one she provided.

As an avid traveler, I always look for local guides because no one can give you the lay of the land like a local. Of all the local guides I've met, Maria was the most fun, flexible and knowledgeable tour guide. It was like touring St Petersburg with an old friend, who not only knows her Russian history, but speaks excellent English (making her very easy to understand) but also very adaptable to the groups needs. I would highly recommend Maria. You couldn't ask for a better experience when visitng!

Maria was our tourguide in St Peterburg through Travel Russia. She was excellent and very flexible. We met Maria at the airport where she met our group and got us to our hotel. She quickly encorporated the needs of our group into our tour schedule so that everyone not only was able to enjoy the sights but also was able to get things they needed on the way to the sight. Maria helped make our ballet experience so much better by helping us change our performance date and changed the taxi to include everyone in our group going to that performance. She went well above and beyond our expectations to make our St. Petersburg experience extra special. Wish I had known I could schedule an additional tour with her for our final day in St. Petersburg as our other tour guide was not as good.
